Very well made, and versatile knife. This is not a single-bevel design so should be easier to sharpen. Not made of stainless or stain-resistant steel. Hand wash and dry WELL immediately after use to help reduce the chances of rust or discoloration. Using a drop or two of the included tsubaki oil on the blade will also help prevent oxidation. Very sharp out of the box and a pleasure to use.
