I like the short more than the full sized. I think the full is a bit too big to be practical in most situations, the Short is a great size to be a fighting / utility / bushcraft tool (less than 2in less in the blade). This is a classic knife that has served in the worst condition for years on end and has been apart of US military lineage longer than most have been alive. You can’t go wrong with a Ka-Bar!
