I have a number of Wusthof knives and realistically, just a couple would be enough. The "Classic" line is well balanced and the blades are pretty sharp. Still, a new knife with a new feature might be nice. On this model I value the angled BACK of the blade. It is excellent for reaming insides of whole peppers, mincing garlic and doing other things when one might reach for example for a spoon or a spoon handle rather than a sharp edge to tackle a task.
