RADA knives are just my favorites! I've used them for the last 30 years & I've never been disappointed in any of them. They're razor sharp, they keep an edge, are easily sharpened when needed, & last forever. They're well balanced, easy on the hands, & a pleasure to use. Each knife fulfills its purpose. I love the tomato slicer, & this paring size, but there's one for every need in your kitchen. They're other products are just as helpful, & if you've never used RADA, you're missing out. The hand choppers, straight & serrated, the spatulas, & the whisk are fantastic. The little whisk is a small miracle tool that I've had & used for years! I'm afraid you'll think I've been paid for this review, I haven't, or that I work for their company, I don't, I'm just a homemaker that is very picky about my kitchen tools, & found a product worthy of being shared & promoted.
