This is not Ayesha just cashing in on her name... These are legitimately good knives. Granted, don't spend $20 expecting to get a Wusthof Classic or Zwilling, but these are far beyond the budget Cuisinarts and Farberwares that are similar in price. Perfect balance, a thin Japanese-style blade (though it does have a double-bevel grind and a bolster like a German knife, which I like), and came razor sharp out of the box. We'll see how long they keep an edge, but I regularly hone and sharpen all my knives so I'm not particularly concerned.I was shopping upper-mid tier brands like Dalstrong and Cangshan before I ordered these two thinking they would just be beater knives for the dishwasher to hold me over, but after trying them, I don't feel the need to spend 5 times the price for similar quality (they won't be going in the dishwasher either, these are long-term keepers!). I'll be shopping for more Curry products to make my curry.
