The Arcos 2900 series 190 mm fillet knife is a kitchen utensil for both professionals and beginners. It is perfect for meat, as it provides a clean cut thanks to its long, folded blade and smooth edge. The blade is flexible for easy filleting of meat.
PRECISION AND DURABILITY This fillet knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Provides hygienic-sanitary control focused on European regulations. The union between the blade and the handle is permanent, due to the injection process.
ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
