冷凍したサゴシ（サワラ）を軽く解凍した状態（まだガチガチ）で3枚におろさず骨ごとぶつ切りに出来ました。自重があるので体重を乗せれば楽に切れると思います。ちゃんと手入れすれば長く使えそうです。使用頻度は高くありませんが1年半ほど使いました。未だによく切れます。冷凍イカを3杯重ねても余裕です。
