I'm not impressed. I have many knives so I know quality when I see it. I don't want to scratch the blade to make sure it's really Damascus so I can't be sure it's real. I do know the blade was not centered at the pivot point so it wobbled slightly when you pushed the blade from side to side. The blade also didn't sit centered in the handle slot when closed. That's unacceptable for any knife. This knife is a show piece only. Because of the cheap construction, it's worthless for any actual use.
