Taken to razor sharp 25degrees, the sae is great, it can batone, feather and still hold a shaving sharp edge. Buyer beware it is not a full tang it has a bolt adjuster but so far after a good dose of use and abuse haven’t had to retighten the screw. For an all around woods knife you can’t go wrong with this one
