I was worried about ordering these scales without actually seeing what they looked like as I had a specific look in mind for this knife. I ordered the thuya burl and the pieces that came in were perfect in looks and shape. They are flat and have a great thickness. No saw burns on either side and they feel like a great quality. I haven’t put everything together yet so I can’t review on that but everything else has turned out just as I wanted.
