I suffer from muscle loss and weakness also neuropathy. Your knife changed my life. My favorite thing is to cool and my health condition was stopping me from doing something simple like cutting. My daughter found your knife and I am a happy mom for it. Thank you ?This is the second one I bought. Both my hands have had carpal tunnel surgery but are still painful when cutting vegetables. This knife helps take the pressure off of my hand while cutting onions, celery, potatoes, and many vegetables.I'm so grateful to have it .... it has really made a big difference in the amount of pain I have after using it.I have arthritis plus a failed surgical fix so my thumb is bone on bone. I could barely cut a Cucumber. This knife is awesome and makes cutting easy and painless.I deeply love this knife. I have eds and my hands often don't do well with knifes. I saw this one an i like it alot but it could be made better. The issues i have with it are the following :#1 it doesn't hold its edge well i have used it like four times and its already dulling. #2 the handle is too short and would be better if it was about a inch up from the blade with a grip guard to help hold it . #3 it would be so great if it was about 2 inches longer so its easer to cook with . #4 the blade is too thin making it overly flimzy it would be much better if it was a bit thicker . #5 i would love if they sold this knife with different weighted handles to make cutting different things easier . #6 this knife dose not have a look of being a professional kitchen knife i would love if they sold some with wood or soapstone handles. #7 it would look beautiful with a thick full tang that is exposed. #8 it would be nice if the butt of the handle had a hole for a loop band to prevent dropping and or to hang it on a hook . #8 i wish it had a leather sheathe to store it in to help it last longer and be safer to carry if i am staying with someone . i would buy the knife for $50 or more per knife if these changes happened.I have fine motor issues with my hands and this allows me to cut things myself na she more independent. It’s so much easier for my hands!! I love it!So easy to use—don’t let the odd angle scare you! Have arthritis and cannot fully grip a small knife handle. This slices perfectly and safely, being careful as you would with any sharp knife. I store it against the counter backsplash, on the handle with blade up, and it is safely out of range; however, easy to grab when needed.It's so weird to cut things grasping a knife like this but it's sharp, comfortable, and easy to use.For the past 2 years I've not been able to cut meats for meals, was injured in an auto accident and have extreme permanent nerve damage and CRPS in the right arm. This knife is absolutely amazing! It gave me a small piece of independence back! I even have shown my physical therapist and occupational therapist this item in hopes it will help others! Any small piece of independence you can get back from a severe lifelong injury is everything to some! MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THIS NEEDS TO COME WITH A KNIFE GUARD! THIS IS A DANGEROUS ITEM TO STORE WITH NO GUARD! PLEASE SEE THIS AND ADDRESS IT, I WILL PURCHASE ONE IF YOU CONSIDER ADDING THIS!
