Love this. It's bigger than I expected, but so cool looking and sleek and the one front edge is sharp to cut and the point perfect for picking up a piece of cheese. Love this and have already used this a lot.This is great cheese knife particularly for hard and crumbly cheeses. I have several and noticed that it is the most used knife on the cheese board. Great design too.bbI had read mixed reviews, so I just wanted to add my experience to the mix. I love this server! It is sleek and stylish. If you are on the fence, just go for it!Cool design. Though the blade seems sharp, I still find it difficult to get nice slices with softer cheeses.This is a spectacular design - it looks like a piece of art - but I have not had great luck with its intended purpose of slicing cheese. Tears some blocks right apart, even when nice and cold out of the fridge.This seemed like it was going to be great and it was... for about a week. Then something happened and it would no longer plane cheese. I eventually figured out that it needed to be bent into a flatter shape at blade, but it seemed to bend itself out of shape regularly for some reason.I bought a Linden Sweden Cheese Plane at the same time that I bought this one, and I ended up throwing this one away and keeping the Linden.This is by far the coolest and most elegant looking cake knife/server ou there. I receive many compliments every time I use it and it definitely does the job as well so not only gorgeous looking but also functionalGot this as a gift and it was well received. Nice look and a useful item.Well Balanced piece of kitchen equipment - will look nice on the tableNot as good as I thought it would be, dosen't slice cheese in a clean swipe, it drags and and misses cheese most of the time. Hartkäse lässt sich nicht so gut schneiden.Cette trancheuse permet bien de couper des fromages à pâte très dur (type vieux gouda)Pas de risque ici que le manche se déboîte.La largeur de la lame est très bien.L'épaisseur des tranches est tout à fait correct (un poil moins épais aurais été parfait)
