This knife is larger than I imagined it to be, not that the measurements are not clear, they are, but for some reason it is larger than I was thinking. This is a substantial knife, heavy and rugged, as it should be if you intend to use it as a work knife it must be so. The materials are very durable and the blade came evenly ground and very sharp. The shape of the aluminum handle is intuitive and works well for a variety of grips, though it can get a bit slippery with no surface texture. The added functionality of a No. 2 Phillips head lockback screwdriver is very handy and one of the main reasons I chose this one over the blade only version. The belt/pocket clip is sturdy and functional but cannot be swapped from one side to the other (again not a big deal at all for me but those who may be wondering have their answer). The wire stripper on the back of the blade won't get used as intended as I have a beautuful set of Klein wire strippers that will do that job, but it does get used for cutting twine (with the blade closed). The opening is still a little stiff but I can get it open with my thumb, though after adding a few drops of Victornix knife oil it is working much smoother and will no doubt continue to improve. The blade has no play side to side when open, but it is still quite new. The blade is nearly centered when closed but overall this is not a knife one would admire, it is rough around the edges, and the pieces and parts have areas which are not thoroughly finished but that's not why you buy this knife, it is made for work and should reside in your pocket and be used frequently, and I have no doubt it will excel in this type of usage. Substantial, rugged, sharp and functional best describe this knife. Oh and the placement of the Klein logo is tasteful and classic, truly love this tool!
