The 150 Hookset is a medium sized Cleaver Knife knife and has a titanium coated blade that is designed for added flexibility and corrosion resistance. A rubberized anti-slip grip and a stainless steel safety guard make sure that you can safely prep your catch. The 6.35" blade is made from 5Cr15MoV stainless steel. This is a general-purpose stainless steel that is well suited for routine applications, is easily sharpened and offers a great blend of hardness and wear resistance.

It's a great knife!Wanted a knife for cutting off fish heads. This knife is impressive, and will do the job. I have a Cuda butcher knife but they do not come with a sheath. This comes with a nice sheath that has a belt clip.Would not have bought it if I knew it was from CHINA!Great knife. I use it for braking down salmon at the commercial processing site I work at. I’ve used Victorinox for years but always struggled with Sheaths. This buck comes with a great sheath and is a solid knife. I bought 2 more.
